The problem should be fixed, please download again the package and follow instructions (should be sufficient to overwrite the workflow file)

Thanks for the quick response!
However, there's some strange behaviour: I have to select my folders again before I see the diffs in VisualDiffer.

Reproduction steps:
- select two different folders in Finder
- select 'compare with VisualDiffer' in context menu
- VisualDiffer opens, but..

- a Finder-popup opens in VisualDiffer with title "Left Folder Not Accessible"
- My folder is pre-selected in the Finder-tree so I click 'open'
- then another Finder-popup opens in VisualDiffer with title "Right Folder Not Accessible"
- My 'right' folder is pre-selected in the Finder-tree as well so I click 'open'

After these steps, I see the folder-diff.

Additional: this only seems a problem when opening folders for diffing for the first time. When the exact folders are chosen again, VisualDIff opens without the popups.

This very bad behavior is due to the Apple sandbox restrictions, the only solution consists to add a very "high" path as trusted path in VisualDiffer.

For "high" path I mean "/" or "/home" depending of the files you want to consider trusted.

You can simply open VisualDiffer preferences and add "/" as trusted path, you can also drag a path on trusted path list.

You can find more details about Trusted Paths in VisualDiffer here http://wiki.visualdiffer.com/index.php/Trusted_Paths

Please apologize for this insane behavior but the best I can do with sandbox is this.

For any problem, I'm here :)
